You voted again and it looks like Princess will be featured in issue 12 of PGS with 44% of the votes! She was a popular PetGirl from the beginning so I’m not surprised honestly. Work on the next issue is set start October 13th!
New Cover Layout and Numbering
Some of you may have noticed that the comic covers have changed. I did this for two reasons…
I felt the numbering system made no sense. Originally the number in the corner was meant to track the entries in each characters storyline. I think an overall Issue Number is more of a standard approach that makes more sense. You can find the issue number in the upper right.
The the other reason this works better is in case I do a one-off character that never gets expanded on. Seeing the number 1 in the corner makes it seem like there are more to read which isn’t always the case. This kind of helps things be open ended as well, if I decide to continue a storyline I can.
Revised Classics
Lastly while I was updating the covers for all the issues so far I decided to bring everything in line with the latest layout I used for Issue 11. I’ll be sticking with this overall design, page numbers, fonts, border styles etc… I’ve come a long way in terms of Photoshop skills since I started this adventure, so I updated and made some small tweaks to the early releases. I’ve marked the ones that received any significant change with a REVISED logo on the cover!
